This Chili Crisp was worth all the hassle getting it across the border twice! (Dang efficient TSA)
The first dish was a simple sliced cucumber side, Hei Ma chili crisp really elevated it.
I orderd directly from the website and Lani was able to help me make this order happen. I'll buying more and shipping it home next time i'm in California!

Hei Ma is the best chili crisp period. The ingredients are all top shelf, the flavors are next level on point and I really think that it shows that they are not cutting corners by using olive oil as the oil base, it really takes it to the next level and it shows. I've tried all the flavors and they are all amazing, but I'm personally a Dragon Booty guy most of the time ;)

My whole family loves this chili crisp. The Giddydoodles are a huge, and I mean a huge hit! My only concern is that it’s all sold out. I really would love to make these cookies all year. I only have 11/4 bottles left, yikes!!

Another fantastic chili crisp from Hei Ma! I put it on everything from ramen to eggs. The chili crisp has a nice balance of flavors. So good!

Bought some for ourselves at the farmers market and then gifted a set for a birthday!

I am so glad I was keeping my eyes open for the reappearance of Green Gems this summer. I know how much work this chili crisp is to make, with foraging of the seaweed necessary. I ordered two bottles and opened one the day it arrived, adding it to my Chinese noodles and kung pao chicken as a topping/condiment. Then having it the next day with rice and stir-fried vegetables. And so forth! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Green gems converted even the "don't really like chili crisp" and "no thanks, I never add sauce" people at our table. It's absolutely unique and definitely delicious!

Mild to medium heat. Excellent flavor. The clean ingredients are appreciated. Other brands use canola oil.
