I have historically not been a huge fan of spicy stuff, which is why Green Gems has been my jam (not to mention Magic Beans). One taste of Main Squeeze and I became an instant convert. The tart of the Meyer lemons and the blend of the sesame and fennel seeds with the lemongrass and a little sugar to round it out makes this recipe the new favorite in our house. We have had it on cabbage pancakes, silken tofu with green onions, over ramen noodles and even on top of some baked refried black beans. YUM!

Chili crisp adds such a nice pop of flavor and crunch, without being too hot.

Love the blend of flavors in this iconically-named sauce. I used to hiccup when I ate it from the heat level (didn't really burn too much though, just a nice kick), but I worked through it just to be able to eat more. Would recommend on mac and cheese or Boursin cheese, or just a simple jammy egg. But I'll try it on pretty much anything. I crave it and have found no other chili crisp like it, flavor wise and with an actually crispy texture. I LOVE HEI MA!!!
