This is 'the hot one.' It’s spicy as f*ck. But the people have spoken, and they love it.
Our Dragon's Booty chili crisp is loaded with local habanero peppers for a tropical base heat and topped with a touch of Carolina Reaper and arbol chiles for a more complex burn that evolves over time. But never fear: this is a maximalist sauce brand. We'd never make a sauce with just one note. We balance the heat with local apples and a touch of bitter orange zest and give it the same crispy shallot treatment that the whole lineup gets. It smells deceivingly like pie when we're cooking this.
Try it on a fried chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, ceviche, tacos, pizza… really wherever you need a little spice in your life.

Love the blend of flavors in this iconically-named sauce. I used to hiccup when I ate it from the heat level (didn't really burn too much though, just a nice kick), but I worked through it just to be able to eat more. Would recommend on mac and cheese or Boursin cheese, or just a simple jammy egg. But I'll try it on pretty much anything. I crave it and have found no other chili crisp like it, flavor wise and with an actually crispy texture. I LOVE HEI MA!!!
I’ve loved every product I’ve tried from Hei Ma. Amazing for marinades, stir fry, or even a salad dressing (I mix a spoonful with some olive oil and voila!). Made with love and care. Cannot recommend enough!
