This is our OG chili crisp. It all started with this saucy delight— a crispy, salty, sweet, smoky, tingly, all-purpose flavor companion to any dish.
The chili crisp goes on everything. With crunchy shallots carefully fried in small batches, a blend of four chiles, peanuts, and a blend of spices we've put through countless rounds of R&D, this is the product we are best known for and still our best seller to this day. Add some Hei Ma chili crisp to the simplest of meals, like a fried egg over rice, avocado toast, or a side of steamed veggies, and watch your meal become a 10 out of 10.

Ingredients: Olive oil, shallots, peanuts, chiles (guajillo, morita, ancho, arbol), pepitas, garlic, brown sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, ginger, mushroom powder (porcini, shiitake), annatto, cumin, white pepper, cinnamon, star anise, fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, citric acid. CONTAINS: Peanuts.
Heat level: Medium. Enjoyable for the whole fam.
This product is shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within a year after purchase.

Another fantastic chili crisp from Hei Ma! I put it on everything from ramen to eggs. The chili crisp has a nice balance of flavors. So good!

Mild to medium heat. Excellent flavor. The clean ingredients are appreciated. Other brands use canola oil.
I can’t go through a single day without this sauce along for every meal. Great with eggs, on toast, add to soup and/or sandwiches, drizzle onto pastas, grilled meats & veggies. Probably super good on ice cream but I haven’t tried that…yet.
I received my first jar of this chili crisp as a gift and as soon as it was gone I ordered 4 more jars - it’s that good. Just the right amount of heat and perfect balance of spice.
