This is our OG chili crisp. It all started with this saucy delight— a crispy, salty, sweet, smoky, tingly, all-purpose flavor companion to any dish.

The chili crisp goes on everything. With crunchy shallots carefully fried in small batches, a blend of four chiles, peanuts, and a blend of spices we've put through countless rounds of R&D, this is the product we are best known for and still our best seller to this day. Ingredients: Olive oil, shallots, peanuts, chiles (guajillo, morita, ancho, arbol), pepitas, garlic, brown sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, ginger, mushroom powder (porcini, shiitake), annatto, cumin, white pepper, cinnamon, star anise, fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, citric acid. CONTAINS: Peanuts.

This product is shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within six months after purchase.
