Main Squeeze - Seasonal

This golden chili crisp is warm weather in a jar.

Our Main Squeeze recipe features hot lemon drop peppers from Triple T farms and juicy Meyer lemons sourced from our friends in Sonoma County. We’ve added Southeast Asian aromatics like galangal and lemongrass, making it a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, papaya salads, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowls (bun). It's also just as good as our other sauces on your morning eggs or avocado toast.

Ingredients: olive oil, sesame seeds, shallots, chiles (lemon drop, aji amarillo), garlic, Meyer lemons, sugar, lemongrass, salt, ginger, galangal, white pepper, fennel seeds, citric acid. 

Heat level: Spicy! 

This product is shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within a year after opening.
