Join us for a dumpling workshop at Dos’ Bar in downtown Sonoma!
Lani, maker of Hei Ma chili crisp, will be teaching a dumpling workshop in collaboration with Coral Wang of Maison de Plaisances and Dos' Bar. Come and spend a cozy evening leaning how to make wrappers from scratch, mix balanced fillings, fold wontons, and cook them to perfection! You'll learn all the skills to throw your own dumpling gathering, and to usher in the Year of the Horse by manifesting $$$ for you and your loved ones.
Dumplings symbolize prosperity. This is why we eat them all the time.
We’ll feast on the fruits of our labor together with a spread of Hei Ma chili crisp and some veggie sides to fill out the meal. Wine will be flowing, available to purchase by the glass and by the bottle!
We will be making two recipes: pork belly/chive and mushroom/cabbage. Please note we will not be able to accommodate gluten sensitivities for this event.

So far it's found it's way into Egg Drop Soup, the mayo I have with artichokes, and even the curry butter that gets fresh crab dipped in it. Love the crunch!
