I purchased this and some other products at the Many Moons festival and was surprised to see that it’s made maybe 10 miles from where I live. Anyway I tried all of their products. They’re all excellent, but this one was a little different. I’ve used it on a few different dishes already. From fried eggs, mu shu, salad, and avocado toast. I’m sure I’ll find other dishes to use it with Happy to see that it’s available in many locations around here.

This is the chili crisp that made a convert of my beloved, who is 100% Norwegian. They are infamous for being resistant to anything spicy but the Magic Beans are so good that not even this Scandinavian skeptic could resist!

From the OG chili crisp to the seasonal limited batches. Hei Ma showcases so many of Sonoma County's small farms and wonderful agricultural community. It is a must-have in my pantry.

The sauces are great. We have used them in a few dishes so far and have been very pleased. We will be purchasing more.

The first dish was a simple sliced cucumber side, Hei Ma chili crisp really elevated it.

Hei Ma is the best chili crisp period. The ingredients are all top shelf, the flavors are next level on point and I really think that it shows that they are not cutting corners by using olive oil as the oil base, it really takes it to the next level and it shows. I've tried all the flavors and they are all amazing, but I'm personally a Dragon Booty guy most of the time ;)

My whole family loves this chili crisp. The Giddydoodles are a huge, and I mean a huge hit! My only concern is that it’s all sold out. I really would love to make these cookies all year. I only have 11/4 bottles left, yikes!!

Another fantastic chili crisp from Hei Ma! I put it on everything from ramen to eggs. The chili crisp has a nice balance of flavors. So good!
